BT: Your call is important to me
October 4th, 2007This is a message from the heart to any human being at BT who knows what is happening to my telephone. It is now over two months since we moved and I want to send out the change of address cards! You can post a comment here, or email me at bob@thedailynovel.com, or walk round to my London flat and give me a detailed explanation of this sorry saga.

My deepest sympathy to you I am chasing a problem of a similar nature to yours on a colleagues business line this is only 3 days old & I thought I would contact Sir Michael via email to see if he would put some sense of urgency into it, from your experience it would appear not to be the case, I do hope BT have rectified your complaint, for my sins I was a BT employee for over 25 years, & I recommended my colleague to “stick with BT, at least you can get things done easier, these other fly by night companies can be so difficult to deal with when things go wrong” it’s good to talk, but I shall keep my mouth shut in future, regards & a pleasant new year free from all troubles to you,
